In partnership with The BlueGreen Alliance Foundation (BGAF), Ground Works worked with state practitioners to develop criteria for the racial equity section of the BlueGreen Alliance Scorecard. This report provides comprehensive research on how states are considering energy efficiency, health, and equity in affordable housing.
